About Us

Independent Medical Insight For Fairer, Earlier Resolution.

Experts for Justice was created to help people navigate difficult medical questions with more clarity, more structure and more respect for the facts.

Our Story

Experts for Justice grew from experience in the healthcare professional-indemnity space, including the DoctorShield ecosystem. We saw that many disputes take longer and cost more than they should because the parties do not have an early, credible and independent way to test the medical issues.

The answer was not to replace doctors, lawyers, insurers or courts. It was to create a better point of connection between them: a platform that supports secure case intake, careful privacy handling, appropriate expert matching and clear written assessments.

Why We Exist

When a medical outcome is questioned, people often face the same problem from different sides.

Patients and families may feel confused. Doctors and hospitals may feel exposed. Insurers and legal teams may need to investigate complex clinical questions quickly and fairly. Without an early independent clinical view, uncertainty can harden into conflict.

Experts for Justice was built to create a more constructive starting point. We provide a secure, structured route to independent medical assessments, helping people understand the clinical issues before assumptions become positions and positions become prolonged disputes.

Boundaries

What We Do

Experts for Justice helps authorised users obtain independent medical assessments of agreed clinical questions. We make the process easier to manage, from secure submission and privacy review through conflict screening, expert appointment and delivery of a structured report.

What We Do Not Do

We do not provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or a substitute for a treating clinician.

We do not provide legal advice, represent parties or tell anyone whether to sue, settle, admit fault or withdraw a claim.

We do not decide negligence, legal liability, insurance coverage, compensation or the outcome of a dispute.

We do not promise a particular outcome. Each report is limited to the agreed questions and the materials available to the expert.

Safeguards

How We Protect Independence, Privacy And Clarity In Every Assessment.

Six structural commitments that protect independence at every stage of every assessment.

01

Expert judgment remains independent

The expert provides a professional opinion; we do not direct conclusions.

02

Conflict screening

We screen for conflicts or any factors that could make an expert unsuitable before appointment.

03

Appropriate matching

Experts are chosen for relevant clinical expertise, experience and the agreed scope.

04

Privacy-aware workflow

Case files are handled with de-identification and strict controls to limit exposure of personal identifiers.

05

Clear separation of roles

Our assessment process is independent from legal advice, coverage decisions and court processes.

06

Transparent scope

Every report states the questions asked, materials reviewed and any limitations.
